Buy credit packs
If you run out of subscription credits before your period resets, purchase a one-time credit pack. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase.
How to buy

Open Account Billing
In the top-right menu, select your organisation name, then navigate to Account → Billing.

Choose a pack
Scroll to the Credit Packs section. Select from 500, 1,000, 2,500, or 10,000 credits.

Complete checkout
You will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
Credit packs are available on all paid plans (Standard, Pro, Business, Enterprise). Free tier users must upgrade before purchasing a pack.
Credit expiry and consumption order

Refunds
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed from that pack. Contact support@pdfox.com to request a refund.
