Buy credit packs
If you run out of subscription credits before your period resets, purchase a one-time credit pack. Pack credits expire 12 months after purchase.
How to buy

Open Account Billing
Open the account menu (your name, top right) and select Billing, or go straight to Account → Billing.

Choose a pack
Scroll to the Add credits section and click Purchase next to a pack: 500, 1,000, 2,500, or 10,000 credits.

Complete checkout
You will be redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Credits are added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Only the organisation owner or a billing admin can buy packs, and only on plans with credit packs enabled. Packs are bought in the dashboard; there is no API endpoint for purchasing credits. Free-plan packs add generation volume, but plan restrictions such as document retention still apply.
